It's a shame he did not win. Of course I haven't been following Indian Idol (I live in Ireland), but from the reactions I have read it sounds like he deserved to win.

Yup! its true! he has got a two year contract with Universal which is more huge than what the so called actual Indian Idol got. Universal has also sponsored Rabbi Shergill, so he is in safe hands.
