What dalip singh namdhari is saying that dehdhari is the guru according to gurbani.

when sggs was written. it was written by deh dhari gurus. and they worshipped or followed the teachings of dehdharhi gurus. so dehdhari guru cannot be eliminated, though guru Gobind singh proclaimedd sggs as the guru. that means both gurus should acceptable

Who was Dehdhari Guru of Nanak

Shabad Guru was education concept in form of written scrib. Shabad is form but not Deh

Elimination of Dehdari Gurus, or Eliminating Formed Gurus without realisation of Gurus Bani, and presenting in Self Proclaimed Way.

Gurus who drafted SGGS were in line with understanding of Scrib, not deviating the purity and principles of SGGS.

There was need of false hood rejection and elimination from a person and not a person.

Every individual experience is different.
1. Many learn from human Gurus
2. Many learn from self investigation of Truth from written text in books, thought content in book is from human forms, but thought is available in text forms.
3. Many learn from audios and videos of non existing human forms but thoughts are available in some form
4 Many learn from inner connect without the external source, as a meditative learning by thinking on the topic and exploring it by experiencing there may not be reference of books available for there source but they create the reference for future

Every individual experience has learning to share and pass on to others, the way one has learned and acquired. It's not absolute and vary with individuals.
Now with every individual experience is narrated and experience, there is difference of opinion and self attained TRUTH.

How to learn and get Universal TRUTH of Inner Awareness. Guiding Principles (GUR) to understand GURU. REF ARTICLE shabad Guru
1. It is common to all ie Universal.
2. It is internal not external or physical.
3. It is root of all thinking, expression , E Motion and ,Physical Action.
4. It is non dual, non contradictory TRUTH. and is ONE. This is value and initiation of Pure Learning.
Ik is the root principle of TRUTH.
5. O Ang Kaar All is manifestation of that One Universal Truth imbibed in all but not evoked, due to self attained understanding, not following the Guiding Principles to get Purity from Spiritual Text.

Bani connects to internal memory system, which is common to all, and is the only way to learn.
Ways or Paths to learn may be different.
But point of learning is common.
Nanak connects to the point which is univesal and common to all humanity.
Babas connect to SELF there own path.
It is for the seeker to focus on point or destination which makes the destiny, or the route.
Those who know the destination, have the choice of best path.
Rest follow the guide, which may be human guru.

Coming to the point.
Is the guidance of human guru is ultimate as said in video. Is it universal thought rejecting video learning, vocal learning, and deriving information from text. Or the real destination is Memory system, universal phenomenon, feed system may be any.
So the information paased on video is self.posessed and not in compliance with Unuversal thought process, common to all. But way of some.....Hope to learn from others.

In a Forum QUORA.COM there was a question asked Who is the True Guru of Sikhs Shabad (Naam) or SGGS. But some Ankasha Rawat very mischievously making reference to many irrelevant versions of Janam Sakhis and other places tried to establish in Sikhs Human are True Guru and Kabir was Guru of Guru Nanak dev ji. Similar attempt is being made in this narration. So to make the answer proper, I tried to address the matter as per my understanding of Gurmat, of course not involving Gurbani contexts as the readers are mostly common man. My answer as comment is as follows and the Senior members of SPN are solicited to comment in more constructive manner.
It seems Akhansha Rawat has purposely given a mischievous reply or Totally Ignorant of Sikh Philosophy, but I found the repeat here again. Any way I must try to undo the Damage done in such manners. To start the answer for this question, I must narrate a Interaction between learned Siddh - Naths of Himalaya heights, having ages of centuries doing Miracles having extra ordinary power, and Baba Nanak . When Baba Nanak in his journey to Himalaya heights came across very learned and Proud Siddhs - Naths. They seeing Baba Nanak’s young in chronological age asked him Oh lad how could you reach at such heights among us for discourse & discussion, WHO IS YOUR GUROO. Baba Nanak replied to those learned people my Guroo. “Shabad Guroo, Surat Dhun Chela” This means my Guroo is the Shabad (word) of wisdom and my Consciousness (Surat) is the disciple of the Echo of the Shabad Guroo. Which means Baba Nanak made it clear for me Wisdom of ONENESS is Guroo not Human. Human can be only bearer and conveyor of the word. SO THIS IS TRUE FOR ALL SIKHS TILL DATE. To elaborate it further there are words Guroo, Guru, Satguroo, Satgur, in Sikh Philosophy. The words Guroo are bearers or conveyors which could be a human, spoken word, or written Script, but for this race, caste & creed, religion and Language is not specific. The Guroo is bearer and/or conveyor of the GURU or SATGURU. Now GURU is the Wisdom and SATGURU is the Wisdom of ONENESS establishing the relationship of every particle to ONE creator for this Baba Nanak started educating masses (SIKHS) with EKONKAR. Now the Wisdom by Vedic system in Indian Subcontinent Focuses on Omkar which expresses Trimurtee the Brahma Vishnu Mahesh three creators/Gods or even three dimensions of Maya. But Baba Nanak started with expression of the Wisdom of ONENESS by placing digit one before the traditional Omkar making it Ekonkar meaning Creator is ONE and all the Creation is from ONE, the creation with the Creator becomes ONENESS. Baba Nanak expressed ONENESS from EKONKAR further in first Gurbani by him the JAPUJI SAHIB. NOW IT MUST BE LOUD AND CLEAR TO ALL THAT GURBANI IN ENTIRE SH: GURU GRANTH SAHIB IS FURHTER EXPRESION OF EKONKAR & JAPUJI SAHIB. All the Sikh Guroo Sahiban were the expression and bearer of the principals, philosophy teachings of Baba Nanak (the same Jot) without any difference. NOW IT MUST BE LOUD AND CLEAR THAT ALL GUROO SAHIBAN RESPECTED THE GURBANI AND KEPT ADDING IN TO IT AS PER GUIDE LINES OF JAPUJI SAHIB OR SAY EXPRESSIONS OF BABA NANAK. ONLY SIX GUROO SAHIBAN FROM FIRST TO FIFTH GUROO SAHIB AND NINTH GUROO SAHIB HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE GURBANI IN SGGS. FIFTH GUROO ARJAN DEV JI COMPILED AND EDITED FOR THE FIRST TIME THE GURBANI OF EARLIER GUROO SAHIB AND HIS OWN GURBANI AND THE COMPILATION IS CALLED ADI GRANTH SAHIB. Sh: Guroo Arjan dev ji picked up Gurbani from Fifteen Bhagats ( Baba Farid and Kabir Muslim and all rest Hindu)He picked up the bani of all these Bhagats and three Sikhs Ten Bhatas who were in tandem (Similar in expression of ONENESS) with Gurbani. THE TENTH GUROO SH: GUROO GOBIND SINGH JI EDITED THE FINAL VERSION OF SH; GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI BY PRONOUCING ORALY TO THE WRITERS AND INCLUDED THE GURBANI OF NINTH GUROO SH: GUROO TEG BAHADUR JI. SH; GUROO GOBIND SINGH JI IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEFINITION OF GUROO BY BABA NANAK (SHABAD GUROO), FOR ALL THE COMING TIMES STOPPED THE HUMAN GUROO TRADITION AND MADE SH; GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI AS SHABAD GUROO ( THE BEARER OF GURBANI) THE GUROO OF SIKHS FOR EVER, PRONOUCING “AGYA BHAEE AKAL KI, TABE CHALAYO PANTH, SABH SIKHAN KO HUKAM HAI GUROO MANAYO GRANTH. One must learn from Sikh history, Biographies and traditions that all the Guroo Sahiban acted as directors, preachers, teachers, educators, illuminators, warriors and LEADERS to masses but never gave themselves importance above the Gurbani. Even in Gurbani at several places it is made very clear that Gurbani is Guroo none else. Bani hai Guroo, Guroo, hai bani Vich bani amrit sare Gurbani kahe Sewak jan mane partakh guroo Nistare. FURTHER TO GIVE IMPORTANCE TO SHABAD GUROO, ACROSS THE SGGS NO WHERE THE GURBANI INCLUDES THE NAMES OF SIX GUROO SAHIBAN CONTRIBUTING TO GURBANI. ONLY MAHALA 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9TH ARE GIVEN TO INDICATE THE GURBANI CONTRIBUTED BY WHICH GUROO SAHIBAN. AFTER THE COMPILIATION OF ADI GRANTH BY 5TH GUROO SAHIB ALL GUROO SAHIB HAD THEIR SEATS LOWER TO ADI GRANTH SAHIB (POTHI SAHIB) IN MARK OF RESPECT. IN CONCLUSION HUMAN GURUOO AND THE SHABAD GUROO,SGGS ARE BEARERS/CONVEYORS OF GURU/WISDOM OF ONENESS THE TRUE GURU OF SIKHS. ANY DISCUSSION QUESTIONS BY READERS OF THIS COMMENT ARE WELCOME.

The Seekers inherited "Word of GOD" ie concept of " Shabad Guru" which is GURU ie connect which dispels darkness and brings illumination. The concept of "Guru Granth Sahib" is that educated can get the inner awareness from connect to scrib.

Education is
Outer which is worldly awareness ie ever evolving and changing.
Which is Science that is present known TRUTH. Past was different and future it will change.

Inner Spirit awareness everlasting TRUTH. written in WORD form as NAAM

Seeker can get Guidance of Inner Awareness by reading, understanding, imbibing and practicing GURU GRANTH SAHIB.

Else may follow other ways.
