I remember i was 15 when i went to shridarbar sahib and i bought a nitnam gutka in english as i dint knew how to read gurbani it was very strange because i always use to buy sarbloh kara and other things buti realised later.

You often see on Muslim forums, very often they will type something like "inshallah" which as far as I know means "God-willing".
