Yogism Yogi Bhajan/kundalini Yoga

Hello

What do you think about the Kundalini Yoga introduced by him in the western world? I began practicing it very intensely some months ago and after doing a lot of research I find that Bhajan's yoga might be a mix of Sikh and hinduist health/religious/spiritual exercises...

Not from Sikh origin... neverthless "Kirtan Kriya" - chanting the 5 primal sounds "Sa Ta Na Ma" of the Panj Shabad - is certainly from Sikh origin? The same for different ways of combining Wahe Gu Ru with breathing in order to attain deep states of awareness ...all this is in Bhajans books under the denomination of Kundalini Yoga.
