Gagandip Singh, 21, of Bexleyheath, was found in a burnt-out Mercedes C-Class in Angerstein Lane, Blackheath, in the early hours of February 26.
The Greenwich University student owned a college in Gravesend and two recruitment agencies in Plumstead and Croydon.
The service will be held at 10am at the Gurdwara Sahib Woolwich, Calderwood Street, Woolwich, followed by a cremation at Hither Green Crematorium, Verdant Lane, Lewisham, at 1pm.
Everybody is welcome to attend but his family have asked for floral tributes to be kept to a minimum.
They have asked for guests to bring one red rose to be thrown on the funeral carriage.
The post-mortem revealed Mr Singh had suffered severe head injuries but was still alive when the car was set on fire.
Medical student Mundill Kaur Mahil, 19, of Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, was charged with his murder in March but was granted bail at the Old Bailey on Thursday last week.
Harvinder Singh Shoker, 19, of Charlton Park Lane, Charlton, and Darren Peters, 19, of Shooters Hill Road, Blackheath, have also been charged with his murder.
All three teenagers will appear in court on June 6 for a plea and case management hearing.
