There is a gurbani dictionary app for iphone that has some (but not all) english translations. Just search mahan kosh in the app store and its the first one made by Kulpreet Chilana. I'll report back if I find a more complete resource or vol 4.

Edit: Just emailed Punjabi University, Patiala (who undertook the project of translating it into English) to ask if a PDF version of vol 4 is available. We'll see what happens.

I know this was a while ago, but what was the outcome of your email to Punjabi University? Any luck in finding a copy of volume 4?
