Where can I find the maryada regarding doing Akhand Paath. What are the dos and don'ts.

Akhand Paath is a ritual (KARMKAND); therefore, there is no Maryada for Akhand Paath

Thx for your your response. I think there are general guidelines and not as nonchalant.
For example, is reciting Japji Sahib while reciting from Sri Granth Sahib Ji an individual's choice? I've seen dhoop jot and placing nariyal on a garba full of jal . Are all these part of the ritual?
Just looking for some clarity.
