Relinquishing such creator, what are you focusing on. Nanak, the mind wakes up with creator’s benevolence.

ESSENCE: In the salok, Guru ji state the five mental attributes that affect living. These being lust, anger, greed, attachment and egotism. Guru ji pray to be blessed so these are banished.

Guru Arjan Dev ji in Astpadi 6, 6th stanza cite the worldly living amusements and pleasures that one experiences. Be these the wonderful sounds, the wonderful speech, the comforts, the manual labor and the fruits of such labor giving one honor and pleasant living.

Guru ji state that one should not forget such benevolence of the creator. It is a wish of same creator to so awaken the mind.
Please note all errors are mine and I stand corrected.

Sat Sri Akal.
