Veer ji there are many martial arts available for everyone to learn... time and dedication are needed...

They are nothing special... they now some basic moves, however, if you practice these basic moves daily then its like driving a car. Its called muscle memory so your muscle automatically react without you thinking about it.

If you don't have time to learn a martial art then the next best thing you can do is keep really fit. No martial is that useful if you are not physically fit. The person who is physically will always win the fight.

It should a long life dedication so you are ready at any given moment as Khalsa should be.
I have learned some Gatka,boxing,WingTsun and goto the gym to keep fit...
