Guru Ji’s answers:
Ki▫o kar bāḏẖā sarpan kẖāḏẖā. Ki▫o kar kẖo▫i▫ā ki▫o kar lāḏẖā.
How so tied up and stung by the she snake worldly attachments? How one causes to lose?; How one makes avail?

Guru ji greatly emphasize the focused and connectivity with the creator and creation as a means to achieve these objectives and live accordingly. This results in darkness diminishing, ego subsiding, mind in tranquility devoid of disturbances. A bond of strength develops through understanding of the creator and creation.
Ḏurmaṯ bāḏẖā sarpan kẖāḏẖā. Manmukẖ kẖo▫i▫ā gurmukẖ lāḏẖā.
Bad understanding ties and eats like a snake; Self centric so loses; One of creator’s leaning gains.
Saṯgur milai anḏẖerā jā▫e. Nānak ha▫umai met samā▫e. ||15||
In meeting the true creator, the darkness leaves. Nanak eliminating egotism one immerses.
Sunn niranṯar ḏījai banḏẖ. Udai na hansā paṛai na kanḏẖ.
If one ties the soul to the one essence of the creator. The mind does not fly away and body does not disintegrate.
