Daya or Compassion is Dharma or raw.material as Universal Order in which human social fabric to be woven for forming society, nation or global civilisation.

Santokh is thread ie Satisfaction, which may or may not come with accumulation of wealth, but as a non attached mind elevation from.physical wealth. As all lives owes extreme wealth as healthy mind and body for sustenance of life. So santokh is thread to be formed with Daya

Service. With Daya and Santhokh two basics one shall Serve society nation or global community.

And with committed service One gets the Elevated living.

But latest Inner Awareness educates

After getting a human birth if a.child is educated and connected to Inner Awareness by way of Immortal Bani ie Gurus Shabad one can get the door of salvation.

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲਾ ਸਚੁ ਨਾਉ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ॥
ਕਰਮੀ ਆਵੈ ਕਪੜਾ ਨਦਰੀ ਮੋਖੁ ਦੁਆਰੁ॥

In step 15 One gets door to salvation and by way of understanding, One can cross over and get balance on Emotion. No need to spend whole.life for salvation.

ਮੰਨੈ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਮੋਖੁ ਦੁਆਰੁ॥
ਮੰਨੈ ਪਰਵਾਰੈ ਸਾਧਾਰੁ॥
ਮੰਨੈ ਤਰੈ ਤਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਿਖ॥
ਮੰਨੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਭਵਹਿ ਨ ਭਿਖ॥
ਐਸਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਹੋਇ॥
ਜੇ ਕੋ ਮੰਨਿ ਜਾਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਕੋਇ॥ ੧੫॥
