Cute Video Explaining Sikhi And Equality (kids)

Came across this cute video and had to share! Though it's quite obviously geared for children, it does a good job of explaining Sikhi's view of equality and what happens at the gurdwara.


Zippity-zip, let's go on a trip! Charlie and her favourite soft toy (and best friend) Blue go to a Gurdwara where they meet Pawandeep to find out how Sikhs show that everyone should be treated equally.This is the first film in our new series for Key Stage 1 children.

I am glad to see this video and i must say a nice initiative by the maker to show kids about equality and basic knowledge related to Gurudwara sahib too.

I love this. If only adults would take these ideas to heart. Oh, well.

One small question. Is Charlie Sikh? I notice she has a kara on in bed, but I didn't see it before. Of course, wearing a kara or not doesn't determine if one is a Sikh, but it is often an indication.
