Panchkula, Feb 7: Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Tamil Nadu were the leaders while Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Goa were aspirant raring to make their presence felt more prominently, according to the latest e-Readiness national report released here today by Union Minister for communication and information Technology.
