Because when you humble yourself, you see yourself in someone else's eyes. How there is a connection. Only by lowering yourself can you feel that. I see it in animals eyes. That same divine light. Im sorry I may not have answered your question. I dont think there is a direct set of instructions on how to realize the universal truth about reality. That's why gurbani is poetry. Its not something that can easily be written as step 1. Do this step 2. Do that.  Wish I could say more...</p></blockquote><p></p>
