War Versus Murder ?

Is war murder, the deliberate taking of another life, is the death penalty murder? If its a eye for an eye, doesn't that make the whole world blind ??

Reasons and Perspective are different. Superficially, it is like taking of another life.

Murder is for petty, personal gains. War stands for higher goals, not-personal gains (may fight for others).
