As I understand it, Amritsar was never ever visited by Guru Gobind Singh Ji... What were the reasons...? What is the historical fact... ?
Please enlighten me...
Apart from no visit to Amritsar, there seems to be no account of visit to Nankana Sahib (1st Guru's birth place).

Does any one has got more information about above?

Best Regards.

Which shows that IK ONG KAAR does not live in any particular building but is OMNIPRESENT. It also clarifies the meaning of:-

TEERATH ~~~~> HAR KAH NAAM HAI.

One more thing our Guru reveals to us is that to seek IK ONG KAAR, one should not build 'WORSHIPPING IDOLS' but forward the GURMAT IDEAL of Equality & Brotherhood. And this ideal was even present in the MAACHIWAARA jungle.

Gives me an impression that different historical places citing different Guru's visits, should be taken as historical monuments, instead of taking those as the better/sacred place for worshipping, which hold potential danger of Idol worshipping, and thus befailing one of the basic concepts of omnipresence.

As well stated - Teerath Har Ka Naam Hai
