Sun is Completing its rotation within HUKAM ie Natural Law Followance
Rains WInds are not getting a written instruction to execute but are happening by HUKAM
Hukame Hovan Ji With Natural Laww all memory system of living being are framed
Hukam Mile Vidyae Once memory system is attuned to NAtural Laws, get attune and is resonating with NATURE.
Hukame Andar Sabko It is imbibed in creation
Bahar Hukam Na Koi It is not external law framed by Humans etc

Hukmey Ja Bhujey : If one understands it is imbibe and within, and acquired learning is veil on TRUTH of NATURE.
Haume Kahe Na Koi : One will not talk high with acquired learning.
HAUME as "I" or EGO which is formed by acquired learning of Religion/Sciences/Law/Medical etc which are too framed by understanding of TRUTH's of NATURE.
