The Actual PROBLEM is the Dhumma Gangs insistence on celebrating the Gurpurab on POH 23 SUDI 7....This is a MIXTURE of 2 calendars..Solar (23 Poh) and LUNAR (sudi 7). POH 23 every year falls on january 5 !!....But these isotic fools insist that the Sudi7 Phase of the moon that COINCIDED with POH 23 in 1666 MUST be there...and OF Course that is IMPOSSIBLE....and hence the dilemma they have put us all through.

Simple explanation of the dilemma.. Say i was born on January 15 1949..on a MONDAY !! IF I insist that I will only celebrate my birthday IF January 15th + MONDAY must be there..and that means i cannot celebrate my birthday a few years because jan 15th will go througha cycle..Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc and every 6th year Jan 15 will coincide with MONDAY as well. This is simple becasue BOTH Monday and Jan15th are SOLAR..but the Dhumma problem is even more complex becasue LUNAR days are shorter... nearly a MONTH 30 days difference arises each year..and thats how we GET the GURPURAB TWICE in some years...JANUARY and DECEMBER....and NOT AT ALL IN OTHERS...what nonsense !!

POH 23...January 5th EVERY YEAR....many just cant see whats the problem with this Date !!..and WHY must the Dhummas be hell bent on confusing everybody...unless its their AGENDA to make SIKHS the LAUGHING STOCK of the WORLD....we call Guru Gobind Singh ji OUR FATHER..and yet we have to depend on the BIPPARS of BENARES to tell us HIS BIRTHDATE EACH YEAR !!!:angryyoungsingh:

I think if the film Dumb and Dumber was made in Punjab it would have to be called;

Dumb and Dhumma!

These so called leaders cant seem to fix the big problems but cause more confusion in areas that are ok!

Bekoof anparr saadh,sitting in the uS on green card....thinks he owns the panth..This reluctance to accept the majority of the Panth decision shows he is a fake sikh who is interested in creating brahmanwadi sikhs, that we have seen around recently ..especially in Malaysia shockingly!The way sikhsim is going with this sadhs and their chellaas, they will end the Guru sikhi and create their own brands brahmanwaad.

Malaysia is a goner....each and every Gurdwara is following whatever Maryada the current Granthi+Gurdwara Parbhandaks follow....very very small minority Gurdwaras have Good EDUCATED Professional GRANTHIS and Good Managements who follow ONLY SRM as before the influx of DERAWADEE Desi imported Granthis who are just "running on the spot" waiting for Green card to USA..Visa to Australia etc and whose main work while being Granthi is..earning as much cash as possible doing various ardasses, paths etc and some even sell snake oil tweets etc to ward off the evil eye, bad luck bhoots etc..and using the Gurdwaras as their "visa offices" services for other desi/visitors from India who need a place to stay and apply for visa work permit etc...hence the Granthi is always "OUT" or replaced by a temporary caretaker who hangs around the gurdwara until he comes back...mobile phones are 24/7 ON !! making "deals" arranging kirtans, sukhmani shaibs, paaths etc etc..

Gurdwaras have become LARGER..buildings, car parks, multi storey complexes..Govt Grants are aplenty due to the changing political position..golucks are overflowing and FD's get placed every 3 months in a row..and Managemnts are happy..granthis happy..BUT NO GURMATT gets spread anywhere....no local Pathis.Akhand pathis , Kirtaniyahs etc are coming OUT of Gurdwaras or Punjabi Schools...but we do have experts in Punjabi BOLIYAAN..Punjabi GEETS..Punjabi BHANGRA Dances..Dinners and Contests going on in the name of Punjabi ma Boli Education...the type of "education" which can be easily picked up from the TV and Bollywood by any child for free.
