Putting electronic notice board in different easily viewable locations, where all important messages keep on getting displayed - just to ensure none can miss out any email or monitor displays (which may be very slow media in case people are in meetings etc). Total plan for evacuation shud be broadcasted via speakers and those electronic boards, to keep on directing people, the plan which may be changed at the last moment considering all possibilities of danger.
