Despite being one of the world’s largest world religions, Sikhism remains one of the most unknown traditions in America. Why?
I would say that because Sikhism does not condone actively trying to acquire converts, that would be a good reason why. We don't do a lot of parchar (publicity) to spread the word about our beliefs.

its such a large place :)

but from here, the U.K i can see more people in the America making more effort to educate, mainly via the media
