Amritsar, Nov 21 - A 3,000-member delegation of Sikh devotees Wednesday left for the holy Sikh shrine of Nankana Sahib in Pakistan amid concerns of the recently imposed emergency in the neighbouring country and a word of caution from their leaders here.
