S Asia Sign Petition To Let Rimsha Go Free

Rimsha is an 11 year old in Pakistan who is imprisoned right now because she was found carrying burned pages of Quran. She has Downs Syndrome which makes this even worse. I will give two links below. One is to NY Times article I found and the second is the link where you can sign the petition.

Sorry to digress but you should start one on Change.org too. The people there actually contact you for updates on the current situation.

I will look into it. I've never created a petition anywhere, but I get the updates from Change.org so I'll check and see. They may already have one there, If so, I'll post it here.

I hope there has been enough pressure on them from other nations that they will not do anything to Rimsha (or anything more than they have already done by imprisoning a child with a disability).

You didn't digress. I was also wondering if there is a Facebook page set up. I'll have to check that out also. The more ways this news is shared with others, the better.
