The ruling SAD-BJP combine today swept the polls to four Municipal Corporations in Punjab routing the main opposition Congress. Candidates owing allegiance to the combine romped home in most wards of Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Patiala and Amritsar Municipal Corporations, official reports said.
