[QUOTE="Dalvinder Singh Grewal, post: 224116, member: 22683"] It is often asked as to what would happen in case of war between India and China. Though both India and China are evading any war, even after China’s war-like actions in Ladakh where it captured thousands of miles area and is refusing the vacate Depsang’s around 100 sq miles area, and China’s occasional intrusions in Arunachal Pradesh and building colonies close to the borders, yet risk remain at flaring out the sparks and it may cause a full-fledged war despite of both countries refraining from it. Both countries are having sufficient nuclear weapons and missiles to deliver to destroy major cities. Both nations are capable of fighting digital war effectively. Chinese propaganda war however cannot be as effective as India’s close connection with Europe and the US. Though China has domination at sea and has built bases all around India, India may strict these forces with the help of QUAD if it remains steadfast in its communications. In the air, China may be slightly strong but the skill of Indian pilots is far better than Chinese. Even foot soldiers are better trained and acclimatized to war-like conditions than the Chinese. technically, Indian guns are capable of answering Chinese fire effectively. Strategically and politically, India may be on lower ground but the weightage is not much enough for China to force into India. It is certain that it is no more 1962 and India is capable of meeting threats from China but its people have to struggle harder to meet any economic threat from China and forces have to be equipped with more sophisticated weaponry for air and naval battles. China has started looking toward India with an inquisitive eye and feels that attacking India again may be a position where it may wish to leave the wrapped blanket but the blanket may not leave it unscathed.
