CHANDIGARH: Punjab and Haryana can emerge as the Knowledge Valley of India, attracting Rs 50,000 crore additional investments which can create employment opportunities for 25 lakh skilled and unskilled people by 2012, a study by industry chamber ASSOCHAM has said.
