Patiala, Dec 13 : Punjab Pardesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Rajinder Kaur Bhattal today assured that the party would stand by former chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh against whom a chargesheet was filed in the multi crore Ludhiana City Centre scam investigated by the state Vigilance Bureau.
