A SIKH temple has been targeted in an arson attack.
Police have launched an investigation to find those responsible for the fire at the temple in Cherry Tree Road, Hexthorpe.
Fire crews were called to the incident at around 10am on December 30. Crews were at the scene for several hours.
Nobody was in the disused building at the time, but the fire caused "extensive damage," police said.
