Former Jathedar of the Akal Takht, Prof Darshan Singh Khalsa has formed a new organisation named ‘Guru Panth Da Khalsa Panth’.


Elaborating the purpose of the organisation Prof Darshan Singh Khalsa has said the he wants to break the political hegemony established over Akal Takht, which is eroding the Sikhs’ main temporal seat. While claiming to be non-political, Prof Darshan Singh says his organisation plans to work to bring Akal Takht to its lost glory.
