ਸਾਈ ਕਾਰ = ਉਹੋ ਕਾਰ, ਉਹੋ ਕੰਮ।
ਜੋ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਕੰਮ ਭਲਾ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਤੇਰੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਹੀ ਠੀਕ ਹੈ)।

ਤੂ ਸਦਾ ਸਲਾਮਤਿ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ॥੧੬॥
तू सदा सलामति निरंकार ॥१६॥

ਸਲਾਮਤਿ = ਥਿਰ, ਅਟੱਲ। ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ = ਹੇ ਹਰੀ!

nir (rhymes with her)
ank (like the onk of ek onkar)
areh (rhymes with ar & ends with the e sound like in let)

I wonder if I can look up a shabad which has Nirankar in it to hear it pronounced. Is it anywhere in the Bani?

More like,

• Nir (wherein the "i" sound is as in "hit")

• un (like the french sound for number 1)

• kar (as in car)

Unfortunately creating a phonetic equivalent if we put (Nir-un) together and create a composite syllable it sounds worse than what "Nir-an" sound like as being close to the Punjabi sound.
