Jammu, May 3: Major General Bikram Singh, takes over the reins of Crossed Swords Division today from Major General BS Jaswal. Major General Bikram Singh, a Jammuite, was commissioned in 1972 into the Light Sikh Infantry. He served in Valley for many years.
