Hello friends

It is with a somewhat heavy heart that I let you all know what has been going through my head over the past few months.

After giving the Quran a good read, studying up on Hadiths, and associating with the Muslims in my local community, I've come to the decision, Alhamdulillah, to take up the hajib and become a Muslim.

Actually, the title of this thread is a dead giveaway. Muslims use the word revert and avoid convert. Muslims believe we are all born Muslims and become corrupted to other religions. Try it. Tell a Muslim about somebody who converted to Islam, almost every time (unless they are being very polite), they insist on revert.
