General Introducing SPN Help Desk Facility

    Dear SPN Members,

    We are pleased to announce a new facility to you for contacting us in an organized and instant manner. In the Navgiation Menu, you can see a new option called Help Desk.

    So, if you have some query or complaint to make regarding forum working or want to report a bug/error or anything unsual, you can simply open up a new support ticket by going to helpdesk option and submit your query/ticket.

    Your query/ticket will be taken care of immediately by SPN Moderators or Admin as soon as possible. You can check back for respose to your query/ticket by going back to Help Desk Option after sometime.

    Help desk option is not available in the navigation menu.

    You are digging some quite old topics in this section!! :)

    Many changes do take place from time to time. Some of the options have become obsolete and some new options are introduced from time to time. Helpdesk option was removed for it was not proving to be quite helpful. In the navigation menu there is a link called Contact Us. You can use this form to seek any information required from your side. We hope it helps. :)
