Amritdharis Sikhs banned from Gurudwaras.... whats going on?

This story refers to the one and only one gurdwara in the City of Rochester, which has a population of approximately 219, 733 people. Or less than 0.001 percent of the total population of the USA. Naturally then the sangat is much much smaller than the entire number of Sikhs in the USA.
