In these questions and paraphrasing the issue is how is the universe created and how is misery eliminated?
Let us review the following,
Sidhas/Yogis ask:
Guru ji pointedly state that ego is the root of much that we claim to know, ask or state. In so doing the forgetting about the one creator becomes a root cause of much pain and suffering. Guru ji here re-iterate the ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ / Gurmukẖ (Gur-mukh-ai) stance to all this. In actions, in seeking understanding and in recognizing the wisdom that lies in all this. One so steadfastly looking up to the creator, contemplating upon the creator, focusing on wisdom of the creator even among such few the secrets are so discovered.
Guru ji also clearly state the futility of yogic or other regimens in this regard as the wisdom of the creator cannot be but the sole focus versus any diversions or shortcuts.
What you think?

Let us review the following,
Sidhas/Yogis ask:
Guru Ji’s answers:
In this last of the questioning lines, the issue of the creation of world/universe and the elimination of misery or suffering therein is addressed.………
……….. Gentleman, in egotism the world creates. In forgetting the understanding of the creator is suffering.
Gurmukẖ hovai so gi▫ān ṯaṯ bīcẖārai ha▫umai sabaḏ jalā▫e. Ŧan man nirmal nirmal baṇī sācẖai rahai samā▫e.
One so in tune with creator’s being contemplates upon essence of the wisdom, ego is so burnt through wisdom. Body and mind pure, pure the treatise that the true ones stay submerged in.
Nāme nām rahai bairāgī sācẖ rakẖi▫ā ur ḏẖāre. Nānak bin nāvai jog kaḏe na hovai ḏekẖhu riḏai bīcẖāre. ||68||
In understanding so absorbed the contemplator, truth so steadfastly sustained within. Nanak without following understanding there is no yogic achievement, so see this through contemplating in the heart.
Gurmukẖ sācẖ sabaḏ bīcẖārai ko▫e. Gurmukẖ sacẖ baṇī pargat ho▫e.
One so in tune with creator’s being contemplates upon true wisdom. One so in tune with creator’s being so visualizes the true treatise.
Gurmukẖ man bẖījai virlā būjẖai ko▫e. Gurmukẖ nij gẖar vāsā ho▫e.
One so in tune with creator’s being finds drenched mind, few so discover. One so in tune with creator’s being finds living abode in closeness.
Gurmukẖ jogī jugaṯ pacẖẖāṇai. Gurmukẖ Nānak eko jāṇai. ||69||
One so in tune with creator’s being, such hermit so recognizes the secrets. Nanak, one so in tune with creator’s being only knows only of one.
