I have tried this with one shabad. I have to say that my experience of it was a mystery because it wasn't like an intention it was like a defence mechanism. When I saw something written that didn't seem right, it effected me. I just felt humble that guru ji gave me the ability to do seva in that instance. It just came into my mind. I just did what I had to do because I get upset when people disregard the Guru Granth Sahib ji. To do it with accuracy in translation I found it would take my entire lifetime as my mind found it hard to stay absorbed because I had to respond you have to purely think of each word and verse communicate intuition and involve the experience and soul into the feeling of the actual rhythm that transpires with the current of energy instilled in the cosmos to create the perfect meaning of one syllable. It's good that we are finally getting sangat who are getting close to thinking like this. It is a bit like a producers job but more intense stuff like in a recording studio I guess very deep level stuff, when your mind gets attuned to something but it is the ability to keep the mind focused there. If you are able to recite one sentence totally unique and free in translation from any other influences to format a pure meaning to the word you are very lucky. We can all get the gist of the message but to formulate an authoritative transfer of traditional style translation I can only say my actions where authentic to where my focus was. When you put the pen to paper you have to perfect it to a response of what the Akal Purakh is. Also to study each word the root of each vowel how the letters pronounced the feedback from its primitive beginning origin as a sound wave to the current of the sound how that combines into a feeling and the formation of how a combination fuses together to create a sound into letters to form a word it is a very indepth study. You would also have to study other languages and there formation of the same too. My mind felt tense and once it was over it felt stressful if anything because the imagination spins to sounds and natures silence to clarify a original meaning of one word, Ek Onkar I cannot really explain it but its like this hearing a rustling of the leaves and knowing if something is walking or is it the wind blowing the leaves but my experience was a feeling with modern technology I guess it may help make things easier but I guess that it would be an impossible task in ones lifetime they spent there entire lives doing it. The Granth is the natural formation of khalsa. Waheguru ji ki khalsa Waheguru ji ki fathe.
