Chandigarh, Sep 28: The first mobile court in Punjab will be launched at Talwara in Hoshiarpur district by Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Punjab and Haryana High Court Chief Justice Vijender Jain on October two, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
