Waheguru ji ka khalsa
Waheguru ji ki fateh

Bhagat Kabir ji de aagaman divas di beant vadhai hoveh ji.

I would like to share Bhagat ji's Sakhi as well as Shabad in sweet remembrance.

Bhagat Kabir Ji And The Naked Faqir

Bhagat Kabir Ji kept his mind continually fixed on God, and worked sufficiently to maintain himself and his family.

One day, as he was standing in the marketplace selling cloth, a faqir came and begged for some cloth to cover himself. Bhagat Kabir Ji offered him half the cloth he had for sale. The faqir replied that that was not enough. Upon this Bhagat Kabir Ji gave him the whole.

Bhagat Kabir Ji then reflected that his mother and family were waiting for the price of the cloth, and how could he return to them with empty hands ? He therefore decided to conceal himself and not return home. His people became very anxious regarding him.

In the meantime God put it into the heart of a corn-merchant to take ox-loads of food of every description to Bhagat Kabir Ji's house, so that his family might not suffer during his absence.

Bhagat Kabir Ji's mother strenuously resented the offering, and said, 'My son will not take even a single grain of corn from any one. Who are you who throw such a quantity of provisions at my door?'

The merchant, however, did not listen to her, but leaving all the provisions took his departure. Two or three men then went in quest of Bhagat Kabir Ji, and brought him home. When he saw the unexpected supplies and heard the circumstances, he knew it was all due to the kindness of God, and became highly pleased and grateful to the Giver. He then sent for some saints and distributed what he had received among them.

Gauree, Kabeer Jee:

He Himself is the fire, and He Himself is the wind.

When our Lord and Master wishes to burn someone, then who can save him? ||1||

When I chant the Lord's Name, what does it matter if my body burns?

My consciousness remains absorbed in the Lord's Name. ||1||Pause||

Who is burned, and who suffers loss?

The Lord plays, like the juggler with his ball. ||2||

Says Kabeer, chant the two letters of the Lord's Name - Raa Maa.

If He is your Lord and Master, He will protect you. ||3||33||

Bhagat Kabir ji almost addressed on all religious claims made by Hindus and Muslims as well in his times; he questions them, questions the concept and then enforces his views as Guru ji does. Here is for SPN sangat Bhagat Kabir ji's Shabad on Heaven.
Ga*oṛī Kabīr jī.
Gauri Kabir Ji.

Jo jan parmiṯ parman jānā.
The man who knows not the Inestimable and Incomprehensible Lord,

Bāṯan hī baikunṯẖ samānā. ||1||
wishes to enter heaven by mere words.

Nā jānā baikunṯẖ kahā hī.
I know not where Lord's abode is(Heaven).

Jān jān sabẖ kaheh ṯahā hī. ||1|| rahā*o.
Everyone says he wishes to go and reach there. Pause.

Kahan kahāvan nah paṯī*a*ī hai.
By mere talk man's mind is sated not then alone,

Ŧa*o man mānai jā ṯė ha*umai ja*ī hai. ||2||
the mind is appeased, when pride is stilled.

Jab lag man baikunṯẖ kī ās.
As long as there is desire for paradise in man's mind,

Ŧab lag ho*ė nahī cẖaran nivās. ||3||
so long he abides not at the Lord's feet.

Kaho Kabīr ih kahī*ai kāhi.
Says Kabir, to whom should I tell this,

Sāḏẖsangaṯ baikunṯẖė āhi. ||4||10||
that in the society of saints is the Heaven. ( Tr By M.S )9SGGS 325)
