About Our Guruji

few days back my non sikh friends asked about two things that were bit difficult for me to answer

a) did any of our guruji had more than one wife ?

b) how can we explain that gurgadi in our guru jis remained in just two families (especially our last 4 gurujis)

I know little about these topics so forgive me if i have mentioned something grossaly wrong
