Who should pay the compensation?

I felt physically ill when I read

“We have accepted the Commission’s report and will definitely pay the compensation at the earliest as the file is under process.”

Such an obvious lie sickens me......

And quit calling the genocidal pogrom riots.

People for abroad send millions of Dolars. Where that gone? There is no account of of that money.
