I disagree with this article. Although the decision made by Rob was a bit outrageous and fanatical. This article only quotes things from the Bible which help its case to prove Rob shouldn't have committed that action. Things which are taken out of context. Jesus also said love your neighbors, but also judgement will be placed upon their actions, you should love them regardless. Accepting does not necessarily mean you must agree with their choice of life. Rob has made his decision to go on with his own life, and condemn hers. Just like me and you condemn the actions of drug-users. We tolerate, we pray for them, (and praying can be seen as loving, just like Jesus prayed for the ones who crucifixed him), but we do not have to accept and assosciate with their lifestyle. We do not have to practice their lifestyle, and we can condemn them as bad influences to society. Jesus condemned people, but loved them at the same time. He condemned the Jews, "For you attempt to kill an innocent man, what have I done that harms you?" I HATE THIS TYPE OF ARGUMENT. "DO NOT JUDGE BLAH BLAH BLAH" Everything/one is judged one way or another. The sentence 'Everything is an Argument' fits perfectly here. Like I said before, the author is using phrases out of context. 'Do not judge' can be seen as, do not make the judgement upon a person as God's judgement. Do not condemn someone to death or severe punishment. BUT, you can make the judgement to tolerate someone, or to accept them, or to tolerate and love them. I, for one, think homosexuality is wrong. The Bible also points it out as an extreme sin. Rob is tolerating his sister by not killing her for her sinful actions, he is loving her by praying to God for her that she will change her actions. He is simply not taking part in that lifestyle.
