(Not so much Kundalini yoga versus Hatha yoga versus yoga X). We can look at one in more depth to see how and whether the practice of each approach becomes pure ritual, or gets in the way of uniton with Akal Purakh(u), or takes us away from understanding the immanence of Guruji in our immediate lives. Or conversely, assists us on our spiritual journey.</p><p></p><p>For example, naad yoga. Union through the practice of naad - vibration of seed syllables. Why do this? There are some who practice naad, reciting mantras that name one or another deity, e.g., Lakshmi over and over again as the source of good fortune (money for the most part).
