Subsequently if sufficient concentration is achieved it is done silently (<em>mann hi mann</em>). And should the concentration to the inside (<em>antar</em>) deepen further then The Divine Jaap (anhad shabad / ajaapya jaap) is realised and the doing of jaap is no longer necessary and it stops, becomes silent. Because only the divine jaap is 24/7 there is not any other that jaap can be done 24/7. Please allow me to stop here and leave out the final step - the ceasing of jaap and merging into silence.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #ff8c00">Having said this, let me say that no one does anything as there is only one </span><span style="color: darkorange"><em>karta. </em>But that is way ahead</span> <span style="color: darkorange">yet.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #ff8c00">In the meanwhile perhaps just this much.
