Here it is. it is my translation and it may be appreciated by you or those who never try to follow what advises</p><p></p><p></p><p>ਮਾਰੂ ਮਹਲਾ ੧ ॥ Maaroo, First Mahalla:</p><p>ਸੂਰ ਸਰੁ ਸੋਸਿ ਲੈ ਸੋਮ ਸਰੁ ਪੋਖਿ ਲੈ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਮਰਤੁ ਸੁ ਸਨਬੰਧੁ ਕੀਜੈ ॥</p><p>Dry your ego in the sun and engulf it then control your breath through yoga practice.</p><p>ਮੀਨ ਕੀ ਚਪਲ ਸਿਉ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਖੀਐ ਉਡੈ ਨਹ ਹੰਸੁ ਨਹ ਕੰਧੁ ਛੀਜੈ ॥੧॥</p><p>Stabilize your fishy mind that the swan neither flies nor jumps the wall; ||1||</p><p>ਮੂੜੇ ਕਾਇਚੇ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲਾ ॥</p><p>You fool, why are you deluded by doubt?</p><p>ਨਹ ਚੀਨਿਆ ਪਰਮਾਨੰਦੁ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ</p><p>You do not remember the detached Lord of supreme bliss. ||1||Pause||</p><p>ਅਜਰ ਗਹੁ ਜਾਰਿ ਲੈ ਅਮਰ ਗਹੁ ਮਾਰਿ ਲੈ ਭ੍ਰਾਤਿ ਤਜਿ ਛੋਡਿ ਤਉ ਅਪਿਉ ਪੀਜੈ ॥</p><p>Give up wandering and drink the nectar.</p><p>ਮੀਨ ਕੀ ਚਪਲ ਸਿਉ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਖੀਐ ਉਡੈ ਨਹ ਹੰਸੁ ਨਹ ਕੰਧੁ ਛੀਜੈ ॥੨॥</p><p>Stabilize your fishy mind, then you will never waver. ||2||</p><p>Page 992 </p><p>ਭਣਤਿ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਜਨੋ ਰਵੈ ਜੇ ਹਰਿ ਮਨੋ ਮਨ ਪਵਨ ਸਿਉ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀਜੈ ॥</p><p>Nanak humbly prays, if a mortal recites God from the mind;</p><p>the mind drinks nectar with every breath.</p><p>ਮੀਨ ਕੀ ਚਪਲ ਸਿਉ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਖੀਐ ਉਡੈ ਨਹ ਹੰਸੁ ਨਹ ਕੰਧੁ ਛੀਜੈ ॥੩॥੯॥</p><p>Stabilize your fishy mind; enshrine his lesson in the mind.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਚਰਨ ਰਿਦੈ ਲੈ ਧਾਰਉ ॥</p><p>Enshrine guru’s feet in your heart.</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਸਦਾ ਨਮਸਕਾਰਉ ॥੧॥</p><p>Bow humbly forever before the guru the supreme Lord. ||1||</p><p>ਮਤ ਕੋ ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲੈ ਸੰਸਾਰਿ ॥</p><p>Let no one wander in doubt in the world.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਉਤਰਸਿ ਪਾਰਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ</p><p>Without the guru, no one can cross over. ||1||Pause||</p><p>ਭੂਲੇ ਕਉ ਗੁਰਿ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਪਾਇਆ ॥</p><p>The guru shows the path to those who wandered off.</p><p>ਅਵਰ ਤਿਆਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤੀ ਲਾਇਆ ॥</p><p>He leads them to renounce others and attaches them to God`s worship.</p><p>ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਕੀ ਤ੍ਰਾਸ ਮਿਟਾਈ ॥</p><p>He erases fear of birth and death.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਵਡਾਈ ॥੨॥</p><p>Greatness of the perfect guru is endless. ||2||</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਊਰਧ ਕਮਲ ਬਿਗਾਸ ॥</p><p>By guru’s grace, the inverted heart-lotus blossoms;</p><p>ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਮਹਿ ਭਇਆ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸ ॥</p><p>The light shines in the darkness.</p><p>ਜਿਨਿ ਕੀਆ ਸੋ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਜਾਨਿਆ ॥</p><p>Whoever realized God; did it through the guru.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਮੁਗਧ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਿਆ ॥੩॥</p><p>By guru’s grace, the foolish mind starts believing. ||3||</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਗੁਰੁ ਕਰਣੈ ਜੋਗੁ ॥</p><p>Guru is the Creator; guru has power to do everything.</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਪਰਮੇਸਰੁ ਹੈ ਭੀ ਹੋਗੁ ॥</p><p>The guru is the transcendent Lord; He is, and always shall be.</p><p>ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਇਹੈ ਜਨਾਈ ॥</p><p>Says Nanak that God inspired me to know this;</p><p>ਬਿਨੁ ਗੁਰ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਨ ਪਾਈਐ ਭਾਈ ॥੪॥੫॥੭॥</p><p>Without guru, liberation is not obtained, O brother. ||4||5||7||</p><p>ਗੋਂਡ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ Gond, Fifth Mahalla:</p><p>ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰੁ ਕਰਿ ਮਨ ਮੋਰ ॥</p><p>Say guru, guru, guru, O my mind;</p><p>ਗੁਰੂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਹੋਰ ॥</p><p>I have no other than the guru.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਟੇਕ ਰਹਹੁ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤਿ ॥</p><p>Take support of the guru, day and night.</p><p>ਜਾ ਕੀ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਮੇਟੈ ਦਾਤਿ ॥੧॥</p><p>No one can decrease His blessing. ||1||</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਪਰਮੇਸਰੁ ਏਕੋ ਜਾਣੁ ॥</p><p>Know that the guru and the transcendent Lord are one.</p><p>ਜੋ ਤਿਸੁ ਭਾਵੈ ਸੋ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥</p><p>Whatever pleases Him is approved. ||1||Pause||</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣੀ ਜਾ ਕਾ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਗੈ ॥</p><p>One whose mind is attached to gurus feet;</p><p>ਦੂਖੁ ਦਰਦੁ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਭਾਗੈ ॥</p><p>His pains, sufferings and doubts run away.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪਾਏ ਮਾਨੁ ॥</p><p>Serving the guru, obtains honor.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਊਪਰਿ ਸਦਾ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੁ ॥੨॥</p><p>I praise the guru forever. ||2||</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਦੇਖਿ ਨਿਹਾਲ ॥</p><p>Visualizing the guru I become happy.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਕੀ ਪੂਰਲ ਘਾਲ</p><p>Efforts of devotee of the guru are rewarded.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਕਉ ਦੁਖੁ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ॥</p><p>Pain does not afflict guru’s servant.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸੇਵਕੁ ਦਹ ਦਿਸਿ ਜਾਪੈ ॥੩॥</p><p>Guru’s servant is known in ten directions. ||3||</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਥਨੁ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥</p><p>Guru’s glory cannot be described.</p><p>ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥</p><p>Guru is merged in the supreme Lord.</p><p>ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਗ ॥</p><p>Says Nanak, one who is lucky;</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣੀ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਗ ॥੪॥੬॥੮॥</p><p>His mind is attached to guru’s feet. ||4||6||8||</p><p>ਗੋਂਡ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ Gond, Fifth Mahalla:</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਗੁਰੁ ਗੋਬਿੰਦੁ ॥</p><p>I worship my guru; guru is the Lord of the universe.</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਭਗਵੰਤੁ ॥</p><p>My guru is the supreme Lord; guru is God.</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਦੇਉ ਅਲਖ ਅਭੇਉ ॥</p><p>My guru is divine, invisible and secretive.</p><p>ਸਰਬ ਪੂਜ ਚਰਨ ਗੁਰ ਸੇਉ ॥੧॥</p><p>Everyone worships guru`s feet and serves him. ||1||</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਮੈ ਥਾਉ ॥</p><p>Without the guru, I have no other place to go.</p><p>ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਪਉ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰ ਨਾਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ</p><p>Night and day, I say guru guru guru. ||1||Pause||</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਧਿਆਨੁ ॥</p><p>Guru is my spiritual wisdom; the guru is in my heart.</p><p>ਗੁਰੁ ਗੋਪਾਲੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਭਗਵਾਨੁ ॥</p><p>Guru is Lord of the world, the primal Lord.</p><p>ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਸਰਣਿ ਰਹਉ ਕਰ ਜੋਰਿ ॥</p><p>With my palms pressed together, I remain in guru’s sanctuary.</p><p>ਗੁਰੂ ਬਿਨਾ ਮੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਹੋਰੁ ॥੨॥</p><p>Without the guru, I have no other;
