I agree to you that these companies are getting their jobs done from trainees and they people don’t pay for the job the trainees have done and earn handsomely by completing projects from the IT professionals free of cost rather they people are charging from the trainees. There is no one to question the project manager.

Every trainee has to work overtime say at least for 12 hours without getting a single penny and there are so many cases that the company after getting the jobs done from the trainees don’t give joining letters and they people are left in a lurch. There are hundreds of cases that the MNCs come to the IT colleges, got them selected as CAMPUS PLACEMENT, the photographs are being published in newspapers and the colleges earn high reputation by getting the news published that so many students of our college has been got placed in MNCs and the list is being published with photographs of the students.

In most of the cases----It is a big racket, the colleges pay handsomely to the companies to get the students selected from their college. If the students get joining letters Then they are provided the time to join the training. This training period is arranged at Bangalore, Mumbai most probably. Both of the cities are very costly. And after getting the jobs completed the students are again kicked out on one pretext or other and they don’t get salary for the work they did for the company.

Kanwardeep ji the reason of using women card is that in majority the women work force are entangled in IT professions as they can’t get the jobs done in the workshops and can’t handle the workers in industries. This is the best suitable job for women in India. As IT and Pharmaceutical industries are only two job oriented industries in which the women are highly placed in professional courses, second to teachings and banking. It is no doubt that the women those work in IT industry are from the elite class of India. The question again arises if the IT industry do not get the outsourcing business then obviously this elite class will not be able to maintain their living. I agree to you that these women are married to the Men those are engaged with IT Industry and their combined income will not less than Rs 1 lakh per month. But consider the cost of living of Mumbai and Bangalore and then calculate the savings of those elite class people in a month. I agree to you that these women are not oppressed Indian women but the women those are dependent on IT industry are getting high pay scale and emoluments which any other industry can’t pay to them in the generations to come.

Rajneesh Madhok
