The IT companies have started shunting out their IT professional employees. Though there may be not much effect on the outsourcing industry but it has created a lot of hustle bustle in the market. No doubt the corporations engaged in outsourcing business have made strategy to safeguard their interest. Though it is not illegal even then the US President Obama is giving statements regarding outsourcing every now and then. When the outsoucing business is being done as per Govt.rules and regulations and no body is breaking the law. Then why the companies those are doing outsourcing from India are being pressurized. Take the example of Tata Consultancy Limited, Wipro and Infosys all these companies have shunted out their work force due to restriction in outsourcing. We can not compete with China in any Engineering field.
