The taxis launched by Priyadarshni in Mumbai will run from Mumbai Airport. To pass time during journey the facilities of newspaper and during humid season the facilities of Talcum Powder will be prevailed. The woman taxi drivers have been deployed to run these taxis. These taxis have been launched keeping in consideration of woman passengers’ safety. The woman drivers have been provided three months training, they have been delivered lectures, trained for the safety of the passengers and coaching of Judo-Karate had been made, after getting the full knowledge about Judo-Karate they have been deployed to run taxis. The purpose of running taxis with woman drivers is to provide the safety to the woman passengers. </strong></p><p> <strong>Due to the demand from the Business Process Outsourcing companies, theses companies involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions to a third party service provider. Originally, this type of activities had been associated with manufacturing firms such as Coca Cola that outsourced large segments of its supply chain. But with the boom in I.T. Sector in India most of the American companies provided back office outsourcing which included internal business functions such as human resources or finance and accounting and front office outsourcing which included customer related services such as contact center services. </strong></p><p> <strong>BPO that is contracted outside a company’s country is called offshore outsourcing. BPO is contacted toa company’s neighboring or nearby country nearshore outsourcing. Due to efficiency in English language the BPO gave proximity to the information technology industry, so the boom occurred in India. The development of India is based on Information Technology enabled service Or ITES knowledge process outsourcing and legal process outsourcing. These two type of the sub-segments of business process outsourcing industries are the backbone of the development of India. </strong></p><p> <strong>India earn revenues of 10.9 billion USD from offshore BPO and 30 billion USD from IT and total BPO. So, Due to English language knowledge India has off beat china in I.T. sector. </strong></p><p> <strong>The problem which may occur in the coming years is that President Obama don’t like to continue the Outsourcing business, may be due to the risks and threats of outsourcing, unemployment in United States and for other security reasons. </strong></p><p> <strong>Let us see what will happen in the near future.
