Sat Sri Akaal,

Who is qualified to be Ruler or King

Ones life is for Fullfillment of desires, every one works and strive for it.

With poverty the desires are suppressed and satisfaction is compulsive, as the power money flows the monster of desire erupts and poor fellows get in trap and attached to temporal realm.

This seat of Political Power Shall be Temporal in function and shall not last Long in a system driven society.

Only and Only who is fulfilled with desires, owes eligibility to be ruler.

Only those can deliver. As they are fulfilled.

For Eg Once glass is full more pour will be waste or it's good to give for use. That is the way to choose leaders.

When it is not temporal, Sakats will waste, and will not use it wisely for humanity, it is by nature's default.

People will suffer as not following and adherent of principles.

The sidhant or principle and disciple of principles, if one owes that State. is fit to be ruler of the State.

Serve without condition and profit motive but to deliver.

Those are given the seats of POWER.

In Europe they make it system driven and face is Temporal for 2 years.
Only than the ruler knows, opportunity is for 2 years.

But State that gives a permanent seat to leaders, can not rule the State.

Losing the STATE and state principally by not following principles of rule and for rulers.
