Mohali (Punjab), May 25 : A senior Punjab police officer Sunday moved an official complaint against businessman and Kings XI Punjab team co-owner Ness Wadia charging him of using derogatory language against him, police and the district administration in Mohali during an Indian Premier League (IPL) match.
