Punjab police on Sunday claimed to have cracked the Shingaar Cinema blast case with the arrest of four people including the man who police claim is the prime accused. The police arrested four people - Gurpreet Singh, Pappu, Sandeep and Ravinder alias Rinku from different places in Punjab.
