Chandigarh Sep 4 : The Punjab assembly today paid rich tributes to former CPM general secretary, Harkishan Singh Surjeet and former Chief of the Army Staff, Field Marshal S H F J Manekshaw besides 'Star Voice of India' contest winner Ishmeet Singh and the 145 devotees who perished in the stampede at the Naina Devi shrine in Himachal Pradesh last month.
